Car Insurance Teleoperator

• Previous experience as a telephone agent in other companies within the motor insurance market in Spain.
• Sales or retention/loyalty attitude. Negotiation and argumentation skills to close the policy sale or to have as many customers as possible renew.
• Experience in digital environments.
• Good interpersonal, teamwork, proactivity, and autonomy skills.

• Knowledge of back office activities in the insurance sector (documentation review, fraud control, and more).
• Communication and written expression skills.

To drive that growth, we need a Sales or Retention Teleoperator to join our Customer Care team.

This team makes every interaction count.

As part of this team, you will help us provide fast, friendly, and human support, both online and by phone. We will continuously invest in your development so that, together, we can provide better service every day.

• Provide information regarding the additional coverages and guarantees offered.
• Guide the customer through their purchasing process and provide support in policy management.
• Verify data and review documentation for the issuance and management of policies.
• Advise the customer on optimizing their policy, explaining additional coverages and guarantees that adapt to their current needs, maximizing their retention.
• Negotiate and argue effectively, with the goal of closing the policy sale or maximizing renewals and customer retention and loyalty.
• Guide the customer through post-sale processes (renewal, modifications, doubts about their policy), ensuring a positive and personalized experience that fosters loyalty.
• Verify data and review documentation to ensure that policies are up to date and correct.
• Support the Team Leader and the team in continuously improving tools, processes, and communication toward the customer.
