As a Training & Sell Out Consultant, your role will be to help pharmacy teams develop their knowledge of the brand and its products, improving the quality of recommendations to the end consumer and contributing to business growth.
Through training, support, and the generation of trusting relationships with pharmacies, you will be a key piece in bringing Eucerin's innovation and expertise closer to the professionals of the channel.
Your work will contribute to:

You start your day visiting a pharmacy on your route. After a brief conversation with the team, you identify their needs and adapt the session to provide the maximum possible value.
During the training, you share knowledge about the different product ranges, explain recommendation protocols, and help resolve common situations they encounter in their day-to-day work.
Throughout the visit, you detect opportunities for improvement, strengthen the relationship with the pharmacy team, and contribute to making professionals feel more confident and prepared to advise their customers.
