We are currently selecting Sales Consultants for our Palma store who will be responsible for offering a unique shopping experience aligned with Pronovias standards, ensuring the achievement of their sales objectives.

• Attend to and advise customers throughout every stage of the customer journey, providing professional service focused on excellence and exceeding their expectations.

• Manage the daily schedule by preparing appointments to ensure excellent customer care and satisfaction, as well as organizing daily activities.

• Meet sales targets and efficiency goals set by the Store Manager.

• Manage store inventory and stock flow with Central to ensure product availability, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and defined delivery deadlines.

• Perform administrative support tasks (phone assistance, cash register closing, merchandise receiving, follow-ups, transfers, inventories, etc.), contributing to the smooth operation of the store.

• Ensure the store's image is always maintained according to PRONOVIAS' internal policies regarding order and visual merchandising, both in the sales area and in the workshop and stockroom.

• Support the workshop team in carrying out post-sale services, occasionally performing fittings in accordance with PRONOVIAS policies.

We are looking for a person with solid previous experience in customer service within premium or luxury fashion environments, with knowledge of the bridal/occasionwear sector being highly valued.

It is also essential that you are a positive person, passionate about providing excellent service to our clients, goal-oriented, with the ability to work in a team and solve problems.

Furthermore, you should have excellent communication skills, and language proficiency will be highly valued.
