What you'll get

Permanent seasonal contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract.
Paid training once the probationary period is completed. Training is from November 12th to 18th, in either the morning or afternoon shift.
Salary: 1428.30 €. + Night shift premium (€1.96 additional for each hour worked during night hours, starting from 22:00h)

At AVOS Tech, a BPO line of Prosegur, we are looking for roadside assistance teleoperators to join our team. We work with a leading client in mobility and assistance services.

What you'll do

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? 💼

Handle calls from customers requiring roadside assistance.
Manage and coordinate towing services, on-site repairs, and other available resources.
Register incidents in the system and follow up until resolution.
Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal response times.

How you'll work

YOUR WORKING HOURS ⏱️

Full-time position of 39 hours per week from Monday to Sunday: you will have 2 days off per week and will work a maximum of 2 weekends per month.
We have two shifts available: morning shift from 08:00 to 16:00 or afternoon shift from 16:00 to 24:00.
Location: near the 12 de octubre metro (Madrid) - On-site.
