🔹 Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Labor Relations departments or labor law advisory firms.

🔹 Solid knowledge of labor regulations and labor law procedures.

🔹 Minimum English level of B2.

🔹 Advanced proficiency in office management tools.

🔹 Availability for occasional travel (3 or 4 times a year).

🔹 Rigorous, analytical person with sound legal judgment.

🔹 Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

🔹 Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and the ability to manage different projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

🔹 Experience in the Contact Center sector is a plus.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Permanent.

💰 Salary: €26,000 gross per year, depending on experience and professional background.

📅 Working hours: Full-time (39 hours per week), Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Reduced working hours during the months of July and August.

The role

📢 We are looking for a LABOR RELATIONS LAW TECHNICIAN (M/F/X) IN A CORUÑA! 📢

Are you passionate about labor relations and looking for a stable project where you can continue to grow professionally? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for an HR Relations Technician to join a dynamic team, providing support to different workplaces dedicated to telemarketing and digital services activities, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and offering legal-labor advice to the different areas of the company.

What you'll do

💡 What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

✔️ Managing disciplinary proceedings, from their preparation to their resolution and follow-up.

✔️ Maintaining communication with the Workers' Legal Representatives.

✔️ Advising the different departments on Labor Relations, regulations, and internal procedures.

✔️ Monitoring labor court proceedings and actions before the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate.

✔️ Coordinating procedural strategies with external law firms in court proceedings and inspections.

✔️ Handling actions and procedures before courts and official bodies on behalf of the company.

✔️ Keeping information on legislative developments up to date and preparing internal communications.

✔️ Ensuring the filing, control, and traceability of the department's documentation.

What are we looking for?

🔹 Degree or Bachelor's in Law, Labor Relations, or equivalent training.

🔹 Minimum experience of between 1 and 2 years in Labor Relations departments or legal-labor consultancies.

🔹 Experience in companies within the Contact Center sector is valued.

🔹 Solid knowledge of labor regulations and legal-labor procedures.

🔹 Minimum English level B2.

🔹 Advanced proficiency in office tools.

🔹 Occasional availability to travel (3 or 4 times a year).

🔹 A rigorous, analytical person with legal judgment.

🔹 Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
