At Quirónsalud, we want to incorporate a Head of Personnel Administration, Data and Reporting in Territory 1 (private hospitals in Madrid), a strategic position within the People and Organization Directorate with a direct impact on decision-making and people management.
We are looking for a profile with solid experience in Personnel Administration, HR Controlling, and data analysis, capable of leading the management of Human Resources information, guaranteeing the quality, reliability, and traceability of the data.
The selected person will be responsible for coordinating the Personnel Administration area, leading the exploitation and analysis of HR information, and developing reporting tools that allow for a rigorous view of the main people and labor cost indicators.
