What we're looking for

Currently studying for a Degree or Master's in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration (ADE), Law, or related degrees.
Interest in people management, personnel administration, and labor relations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
It is essential to be able to formalize an internship agreement with your educational center and to have availability to carry out internships in the morning.

Human Resources Intern

Learn and support the administrative management of labor documentation and personnel files.
Train and collaborate in the monitoring and updating of documentation required by internal regulations, audits, and quality certifications.
Participate in the onboarding processes for new professionals, acquiring knowledge regarding their planning and execution.
Learn about personnel administration and labor relations processes, collaborating in the management of contractual documentation, document control, and responding to professional inquiries.
Train and collaborate in the management and coordination of academic internships with educational centers and students.
Acquire knowledge and provide support in selection, training, and people management processes, obtaining a global vision of the Human Resources area.
Participate in the various activities and projects of the department, becoming familiar with the general functioning of the Human Resources area.
