Requirements

What we're looking for

*B2 LEVEL ENGLISH IS ESSENTIAL. Although interaction with the customer will be in Spanish, English is necessary given that the training will be provided in English and the systems are in English.

*Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center (telephone, chat, or email).

*Secondary education (ESO/Bachillerato).

*Excellent oral and written communication.

*Skill in IT environments and keyboard agility.

Nice to have

*Experience in marketplaces or e-commerce is highly valued.

What you'll do

*Customer service in Spanish and Catalan via telephone, chat, and email, resolving inquiries from buyers and sellers. ENGLISH IS NECESSARY BECAUSE THE TRAINING WILL BE IN ENGLISH AND THE SYSTEMS ARE IN ENGLISH.

*Management of incidents related to listings, buying/selling processes, payments, wallet, identity verification, and shipments.

*Accurate recording of each interaction in the internal tools.

How you'll work

*39-hour work week from Monday to Sunday with two weekends off per month.

SHIFTS: afternoon from 16:00 to 24:00.

Benefits and conditions

Salary according to contact center collective agreement + language bonus + night shift and transport allowance for the afternoon shift.

*Initial contract THROUGH ETT for 3 months + 3 months (extendable, permanent service).

*Initial 14-day online training, remunerated with 350€ once joined, in the first paycheck.

*On-site work in Madrid CL Alcala, 265. Possibility of hybrid work.
