-Degree in Law, Labor Relations and Human Resources, Degree in Psychology and/or Master's in HR.

-Updated knowledge of current labor legislation.

-B2+ Level (an oral English test will be conducted)

In this internship, you will have the opportunity to see from the inside how an HR department of an audiovisual and media sector company works, participating in different processes within the area and providing support in matters of labor relations, hiring, personnel administration, training, and people management.

You will participate in the different areas covered by an HRBP role, having close contact with the business, joining innovation, transformation, and integration projects. Your day-to-day will be a mix of the following blocks:

Labor Relations

Providing support in the interpretation and application of labor regulations and applicable collective agreements.

Supporting the management and follow-up of labor inquiries from employees and managers.

Hiring and personnel administration

Support in the management of contracts, extensions, contractual modifications, and labor documentation.

Monitoring employee registrations, terminations, and variations.

Collaboration in the resolution of doubts and incidents related to payroll

People Analytics

Collaboration in end-to-end process management

Workplace wellbeing projects and measures

Updating documentation available to employees

Interpretation of metrics and data for process optimization
