What we're looking for
2–3 years of experience in the recruitment of technological profiles
Proficiency in: LinkedIn Recruiter, InfoJobs, Excel
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Hybrid modality, in-person 1 day a week (could increase depending on needs)
- Start date: Immediate
- Working day: 40 h per week
- Mon-Thu 9:00-18:30 (with one hour for lunch); Fri: 9:00-15:00, which could be slightly adapted in July and August by agreement with the professional, for example, Mon-Thu 8:00-16:30 (with 15 min for lunch) and Fri: 8:00-15:00
- Salary range: between 25,000 and 30,000 gross/year
- 6-month temporary contract
The role
What you'll do
- Analyze profiles and technical skills.
- Communicate requirements clearly and effectively.
- Evaluate CVs by competencies
- Manage and coordinate technical tests.
- Organize and coordinate interviews with candidates and applicants.
- Verify rates and economic conditions.
- Perform continuous follow-up via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
- Control and update of open positions.
- Evaluation of IT profiles.
