Studies: Students of a Bachelor's or Master's/Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Education, Labor Relations, or related disciplines.

Internship agreement: Essential possibility of signing an internship collaboration agreement with your university or study center.

• Adaptive and assertive communication: Fluency in telephone communication and the ability to transmit clear information (e.g., how to write a CV or use a web platform) adapting the language according to the person's functional diversity (intellectual, sensory, etc.).

We are looking for an Intern to support the Randstad Foundation at our Seville headquarters.

You will join a multidisciplinary team where you will learn to manage guidance processes, direct assistance, and labor inclusion for people with disabilities. We offer a dynamic learning environment oriented towards a vocation of service, empathy, and social transformation through employment.

1. 1. Support in Recruitment and Database Management Support in user searching: Collaboration in the prospecting and filtering of the internal database to identify and contact potential beneficiaries of the Foundation's programs. Support in the alliance network (Andalusia): Support in communication and contact with leading social entities in the community for the recruitment and referral of users. 2. Collaboration in Guidance and Social Intervention Support in reception: Assistance in the initial reception process of users and the collection of information for the assessment of their skills. Support in insertion itineraries: Collaboration in the registration, administrative monitoring, and updating of personalized socio-labor insertion itineraries. 3. Support in Training and Capacity Building Co-facilitation of workshops: Support in the preparation of materials and occasional support during the delivery of workshops on labor guidance, active job searching, and transversal skills. 4. Support in Prospecting and Labor Intermediation Search and tracking of offers: Collaboration in the tracking and prospecting of job offers in the labor market tailored to the profiles served by the Foundation. 5. Support in Events and Institutional Initiatives Logistical and operational support: Active participation and organizational support in Foundation sessions, such as job fairs, awareness actions, and corporate events.
