The role

What you'll do

As an intern, you will support the teams with a variety of tasks, including, among others, research, coordination, and project assistance.

Requirements

Be studying a degree or master's degree that allows you to sign an internship agreement. The support will focus on the comprehensive management of the administrative and selection cycle of the office, including in-person reception and care of candidates, guidance on using the Randstad app, and resolution of initial inquiries. In the administrative area, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the digital signing of contracts, as well as sending and controlling Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) documentation. Likewise, you will actively collaborate in the recruitment area through resume screening on job portals, updating the database, and making phone calls to schedule interviews, always ensuring the digitalization of processes and excellence in user service.
