Front Forklift Operator - Food Industry

Salary: €9.98

• gross/hour (approx. €1,596
• gross/month for full-time work, excluding bonuses) + Night shift bonus of €1.50/hour.

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Schedules: Rotating Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts (M/A/N), allowing you to plan your free time in advance.

Job stability: Initial contract through Randstad, renewable month by month (up to a maximum of 3 months), with a high possibility of direct transfer to the client company's permanent staff if the fit is mutual.

Handling and sorting: Selection and preparation of raw materials (vegetables and legumes).

Line control: Supervision of the production and packaging line.

Supply: Continuous supply of raw materials and materials to the machinery.

Final preparation: Labeling, boxing, and palletizing of finished product.

Internal logistics: Forklift operation for moving loads and supplies.

Hygiene and quality: Maintaining cleaning and food safety standards in the plant.

Previous experience: At least 6 months in production, packaging, or handling positions (valuable in the agri-food or industrial sector).

Forklift license: Valid and with demonstrable practical experience.

Location and mobility: Residence in Funes or within a maximum of 20 km / 30 minutes from the workplace (own vehicle is essential if commuting from another town).

Availability: Ability to work rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night).

Proactive attitude, commitment to quality and hygiene, and ability to work as part of a team.
