What you'll do

Your day-to-day will be:

Advise the various areas of the organization on data protection and privacy matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and the company's internal policies.
Collaborate in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Data Protection Management System (DPMS), including the preparation and updating of associated policies, procedures, and records.
Identify, assess, and monitor privacy risks, coordinating Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and determining the necessary corrective measures to mitigate risks associated with national and international procedures.
Coordinate the assessment of security incidents affecting personal data and collaborate in defining the actions necessary for their resolution.
Participate in business projects and initiatives by providing specialized advice on data protection matters.
Coordinate the activity of the Data Protection Coordinators and collaborate with the Compliance and Information Security areas, as well as external providers specialized in data protection.
Act as an interlocutor with supervisory authorities and other external bodies regarding data protection matters.
Design and deliver training and awareness actions to promote a culture of privacy within the organization.
Supervise the drafting and signing of contracts regarding data protection and verify the guarantees applicable to international data transfers.
