We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic Sales Clerk with a customer service vocation to join our team. This position is specifically aimed at people with a disability certificate, as part of our firm commitment to labor integration and equal opportunities.
Mission:
Customer service at the point of sale (kiosk), including restocking products, handling payments, maintaining the space, and complying with health and safety regulations.
Providing personalized service to customers, resolving questions about purchases, and guiding clients on available products.
Ensuring proper product display and preservation.
Handling cash register operations, managing the point of sale (POS) system, and closing the register at the end of the shift.
Managing product inventory.
Placing orders, receiving merchandise, and organizing it to ensure proper product availability and restocking.
Promoting the company's image and values, advertising products, special offers, and campaigns to generate additional sales.
Keeping the store clean and organized, including displays and other equipment.
Resolving incidents related to the workspace or customer service.
Education:
Basic training in Commerce, Sales, Marketing, or demonstrable professional experience in similar roles.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (as a sales clerk, experience in the hospitality industry is also valid).
Other knowledge:
Food Handling Certificate.
Proficiency in Excel and Email.
Point of Sale (POS) system.
Experience with opening and closing the cash register.
