The role

Are you looking for a stable project in a leading multinational in the energy/services sector? Are you motivated by challenges where your strategic vision and ability to influence can make a mark?

We are looking for a Technical Commercial Manager with a strongly commercial, analytical, and results-oriented mindset. In this role, you won't just maintain a portfolio: you will be the growth driver for your area, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating with key stakeholders, and maximizing the profitability and quality of each account.

Carry out the necessary commercial actions to acquire new energy clients and/or sell energy products and services across different customer segments, manage the collection of existing debt, and implement customer loyalty initiatives in line with the commercial plans set by management.

What you'll do

Conduct visits and other commercial activities to secure and renew contracts for gas, electricity, and/or energy products and services within the segments of large accounts, businesses, multi-supply agreements, or public administration, depending on the assigned portfolio.

Develop strong relationships with your client portfolio to gain a thorough understanding of the market and competition, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify customer needs; also, provide solutions to their requirements and advise them on optimizing their contract parameters.

Meet the targets set for the number of clients, energy sales, margin, and debt, or those that may be established based on management's commercial policy at any given time. Properly manage customer complaints in a timely and appropriate manner.

Monitor deadlines and the quality of responses from other departments. Reduce debt through effective management of collections.

Know the company's full range of products and services, as well as the internal procedures applicable to each customer segment: campaigns, offers, debt management, etc.

Properly manage the front office systems to ensure correct control and management of your client and potential client portfolio.

Report on activity and keep management informed of any relevant information regarding the energy market in your assigned area.

Execute customer loyalty policies and plans in accordance with the guidelines defined for the different segments and customer types.

Ensure the complete and accurate completion of all data reported in documentation related to contracting, in compliance with the Group's internal regulations.

Ensure that, in your work environment and especially within the scope of your duties and specific responsibilities, all health and safety criteria and general rules defined by the Group are met, carrying out any actions assigned to you or that you deem necessary to foster a culture of risk anticipation and accident prevention.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Electrical, or related fields).

Experience: Solid track record in developing and leading accounts in sectors such as Energy, Telecommunications, Insurance, or Services.

Language: Fluent English (B2/C1 level).

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Soft Skills: Strongly analytical profile, collaborative spirit, strategic vision, and leadership ability to grow accounts.
