The role

What you'll do

Your main functions or responsibilities to be performed would be the following:

Staff organization and scheduling: Control and organization of schedules for a growing workforce, ensuring that service is covered at all times.
Clock-ins: Control and review of the daily clock-ins of the personnel.
Incident resolution: Management and rapid resolution of day-to-day operational incidents, as well as changes in daily operations.
KPIs and productivity analysis: Reading, monitoring, and interpretation of productivity metrics, proposing continuous improvement plans.
Client relationship management: Constant and professional communication with the client to ensure the correct level of service.

Requirements

The minimum requirements to access the position would be the following:

At least 5 years of previous experience in logistics coordination or team management in warehouses.
Knowledge of warehouse operational functioning.
Analytical skills for reading performance data.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Communication skills for client relations and people leadership.

Benefits and conditions

Your benefits for the position will be the following:

Contract: Full-time and permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period.
Schedule: Morning shift, from 9 to 17. There is schedule flexibility to visit other shifts.
Salary: 26,353.65 — fixed gross/year.
Location: Épila (Zaragoza).
Good working environment.
