1st Class Plasterboard Technician

• Experience: Demonstrable as a 1st Class Plasterboard Specialist and in the assembly of plasterboard systems.
• Technical competencies: Solid experience in interior layouts, blueprint interpretation, and expert use of manual/electric tools.
• Training: It is highly valued to have initial training for the use of elevating platforms and working at heights.
• Versatility and attitude: Flexible mindset, ability to work in teams within production cells, and a desire to learn other industrial processes.
• Location (Critical): Ease of commuting daily to the production plant in Arroyomolinos (Madrid) is essential. Having your own vehicle to ensure compliance with the start time is highly valued.

• Permanent contract and full-time employment from the very first moment, integrating you directly into the workforce.
• Very competitive salary: Range between 28,000 and 30,000 gross annual for Specialist profiles (with leadership capacity within the cell). For Assistant categories (with a proactive attitude), the salary starts at 24,000 gross annual.
• Premium schedule for work-life balance: Intensive working day from Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 15:00 and on Fridays from 07:00 to 14:00. Weekends off!

As a 1st Class Plasterboard Specialist at the plant, your main mission will be to ensure the interior coating of the modules to guarantee fire protection and acoustic insulation. Your day-to-day tasks will be:

• Assembly and installation of fireproof and decorative ceilings.
• Installation of partitions and linings, as well as finishing works.
• Carrying out interior layouts based on the module standards.
• Interpretation of simple blueprints and technical assembly instructions.
• Autonomous handling of manual and electric tools (screwdriving tools, cutting tools, etc.).
• Given the polyvalent organization of the plant, you will collaborate with a flexible mindset in supporting other tasks within the work cell if the process requires it.
