Job Mission
Transform the operations of our warehouses through physical reorganisation, process digitalisation, and transport optimisation, ensuring excellent customer service and a reduction in structural costs.
Main Responsibilities
Warehouse Optimisation and Reorganisation (Sagunto - Main and Palec):
Layout redesign: Physically reorder both warehouses to maximise space, improve workflows, and achieve maximum logistics efficiency.
Digitalisation and Automation: Lead the transition to process automation, ensuring immediate automated labelling of goods upon receipt.
Lean Culture: Identify and eliminate administrative tasks and manual processes that do not add value to the operation.
High-Volume Management (Palec Warehouse):
Govern a daily flow of between 200 and 400 outgoing pallets.
Standardise and implement a system where 100% of the goods are palletised upon receipt.
Transport, Negotiation and Customer Service:
Cost optimisation: Lead strategic negotiations with pallet and transport companies to secure the best rates without compromising service quality.
Customer service and quality: Lead Transport Incident Management to proactively resolve any delivery issues and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
