The role

Are you looking for a position where your technical expertise drives major construction projects? This is your opportunity to take on a high-visibility role, coordinating the technical execution of critical systems in a complex engineering environment with high quality standards.

What you'll do

As Pipeline and Boilerwork Superintendent, your mission will be to ensure excellence at every stage of the construction process:

Operational Leadership: Full coordination of work teams and supervision of production areas.

Fabrication Control: Management of isometric piping supplies and direct supervision of non-isometric piping fabrication and assembly.

Quality Assurance: Management of inspection point programs and product release at every project milestone.

Strategic Liaison: Acting as the key point of contact with external inspection bodies and the end client, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.

Requirements

We are looking for a profile with a solid technical foundation and the ability to interpret the most demanding industry regulations:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial) or Technical Engineering (Naval).

Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions of responsibility, whether in the naval sector or complex industrial piping.

Languages: Intermediate-Advanced English (B2), required for technical communication.

Specific Skills: Proficiency in reviewing drawings, production planning, and applying quality standards and regulations.

Initiative and Autonomy: Ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure environments.

Strategic Vision: Results-oriented approach and process optimization.

Interpersonal Skills: Effective, empathetic communication and strong negotiation skills.
