The role

Are you a detail-oriented supply chain professional looking to advance your career in an international environment? We are seeking a proactive Sales and Logistics Assistant to play a key role in stabilizing invoice verification processes and driving operational excellence within a dynamic team.

What you'll do

As part of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

Support the stabilization of invoice verification activities, rate reconciliation, and the creation of internal tracking controls.
Communicate effectively with external clients and various internal departments.
Document and standardize core operational processes.
Perform thorough invoice verification and reconciliation tasks.
Create and modify purchase orders within the system.
Execute routine internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Implement and update service rates across systems.
Generate and analyze performance reports for management.
