Technical leadership: Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers.

Senior profile: More than 15 years of total experience in construction, with at least 10 years leading international projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (ICCP), Architecture, or Technical Architecture.

Specific experience: Proven track record in the railway sector, underground stations, and/or large-scale unique buildings (e.g., hospitals, stadiums, complex infrastructure).

Skills: High resilience, honesty, and focus on the project's economic profitability.

Languages: Fluent English (C1) is essential for the Nordic environment. Swedish will be a differentiating plus.

Gestión de Alta Complejidad: Supervisar la ejecución técnica de edificación singular y estructuras críticas.

Interlocución Estratégica: Coordinar con el cliente público sueco y gestionar de forma directa la subcontratación local bajo estándares AB04/ABT06.

Liderazgo Técnico: Mentorizar y dirigir a un equipo multidisciplinar de arquitectos e ingenieros.

Perfil Senior: Más de 15 años de experiencia total en construcción, con al menos 10 años liderando proyectos internacionales.

Formación: Licenciatura/Grado en Ingeniería de Caminos (ICCP), Arquitectura o Arquitectura Técnica.

Experiencia Específica: Trayectoria demostrable en sector ferroviario, estaciones subterráneas y/o edificación singular de gran escala (ej. hospitales, estadios, infraestructuras complejas).

Competencias: Alta capacidad de resiliencia, honestidad y foco en la rentabilidad económica del proyecto.

Idiomas: Inglés fluido (C1) indispensable para el entorno nórdico. El sueco será un plus diferencial.
