What is offered?
At Randstad, we are looking to select a Technical Area Technician to join Mapfre at its headquarters in Majadahonda, through a temporary contract for IT plus holidays.
What will your mission be?
Perform specific or complementary technical development and management activities, in accordance with regulations, technical criteria, and established guidelines, with the aim of achieving an optimal risk level and optimizing available resources.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
Provide support to technical management and participate in underwriting, issuance, collection, and claims processes, especially in those operations of greater complexity.
Handle inquiries and resolve doubts related to coverage, regulations, and technical criteria, guaranteeing their correct application.
Perform monitoring and quality control activities for internal management and external collaborators.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and training materials.
Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.
Analyze operations and perform technical assessments, requesting additional information when necessary for a correct evaluation.
Manage and resolve incidents related to technological applications and tools, proposing improvements and corrective measures.
Collaborate in the technical management of reinsurance and coinsurance, including provisions, monitoring of facultative risks, and control of associated information.
Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of products and services linked to risk management.
Keep technical, regulatory, and market knowledge up to date, participating in training actions and in the monitoring of quality and management indicators.
Education
University degree in Social Sciences, Law, or related degrees.
Experience linked to the described functions.
