Electromechanical Technician (fixed night shift)

Stable employment: Direct permanent contract with the company.

Initial training plan: An integration and training period on the morning or afternoon shift to thoroughly learn about the plant before moving to the permanent shift.

Stable schedule: Fixed night shift.

Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Certificate in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation and Industrial Robotics, or a related field.

Knowledge: Proficiency in industrial electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Knowledge of automation (PLCs) and variable frequency drives will be highly valued.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as a maintenance technician in an industrial environment (experience in the agri-food/meat sector is highly valued).

Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously on the night shift, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Mobility: Residency in the Bages region or surrounding areas and availability of your own vehicle to commute to the workplace.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, your main mission will be to ensure the proper functioning and availability of machinery and industrial installations during the night shift:

Carrying out corrective maintenance by diagnosing and quickly resolving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns.

Carrying out the preventive maintenance plan on production lines and general installations.

Adjusting, calibrating, and fine-tuning equipment before the start of the production shift.

Proposing continuous improvements to optimize plant processes, efficiency, and safety.

Recording actions in the maintenance management system (CMMS) and ensuring effective information handover between shifts.

Ensuring strict compliance with occupational risk prevention (ORP), hygiene, and food safety regulations.
