Interpret and analyze technical manuals, electromechanical diagrams, and manufacturer specifications in English.
Perform general maintenance of the facilities (low voltage, HVAC, plumbing, and automation).

Resolve technical incidents with autonomy and coordinate interventions with external providers in case of major breakdowns.
