Requirements

What we're looking for

Disability certificate of 33% or higher

Education: Degree, Bachelor's, or Higher Level Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related degrees.

Experience: demonstrable previous experience in similar positions in treasury, financial accounting, or cash flow management.

Technical knowledge: mastery of direct debit circuits, bank reconciliations, and regular use of enterprise management systems (ERP).

Competencies: analytical rigor, meticulousness in dealing with numerical data, organization, and the ability to work in a team.

What you'll get

Salary: salary band between €25,000 and €30,000 gross per year, depending on merit and experience provided.

Contract type: permanent employment contract.

Probationary period: 6 months in duration.

Working day: full-time, with a dedication of 40 hours per week.

Location: Air Cargo Terminal.

The role

Do you have experience in the financial area and are you motivated by corporate economic management? At Fundación Randstad, we are looking to hire a Treasurer with analytical talent, orienting the process towards equal opportunities and socio-labor inclusion.

What you'll do

Liquidity and cash flow management: daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of accounts, as well as the preparation of short- and medium-term treasury forecasts.

Management of collections and payments: processing and control of payments to suppliers, continuous monitoring of accounts receivable and payable, and active supervision of collections.

Banking operations: management of direct debits, periodic bank reconciliation, and exhaustive control of deposits and guarantees.

Mitigation and control of financial risks: monitoring of treasury positions and early warning of deviations.

ERP management (enterprise resource planning computer system): maintenance and proposal of improvements in the specific treasury module.

Intragroup operations: periodic control and monitoring of economic contributions and transactions between companies within the group.

Economic planning: active collaboration with the finance department in the preparation of annual budgets and deviations.
