The role

BI Analyst / BI Consultant (Functional-Technical)

We are looking for a person to join the Business Intelligence area to act as key support in daily operations, working closely with the BI manager. This position is essential to ensure the proper adoption, evolution, and use of analytical tools within the organization.

The main objective will be to provide operational support to the BI area, acting as a bridge between business, internal team, and external partner. The selected person will help structure processes, improve data quality, and ensure analytical solutions deliver real value.

What you'll do

· Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs.

· Translating functional needs into technical requirements

· Coordinating and following up with the external BI development partner

· Validating developments and performing data quality control

· Identifying improvements in existing processes and reports

· Supporting users in adopting analytical tools

· Analyzing data consistency and business logic.

· Daily user support for BI tools (Qlik Sense and Power BI)
