Control-M Systems Technician

You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and evolution of the Control-M platform, working cross-functionally with different technical and operational areas.

• Monitoring and daily supervision of the Control-M platform to ensure its availability.
• Managing incidents under SLA, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Participating in technical meetings involving Control-M and other stakeholders in the technology environment.
• Developing and maintaining integrations between Control-M and cloud services (AWS, Azure, among others).
• Performing daily health checks to verify the status of the platform.
• Applying patches, upgrades, and improvements to Control-M.
• Supporting scheduled activities and validating executions, statistics, and historical data.
• Managing requests and changes, collaborating closely with infrastructure and development teams.

• Proven experience as a systems technician working with Control-M.
• Knowledge of integrating Control-M with platforms and other technological tools and environments.
• Ability to work in complex environments with multiple interconnected systems.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and strong customer orientation.

• Valuable knowledge of scripting (Shell, Python, etc.) and APIs.

Formarás parte del equipo responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad, rendimiento y evolución de la plataforma Control-M, trabajando de forma transversal con diferentes áreas técnicas y funcionales.

• Monitorización y supervisión diaria de la plataforma Control-M para asegurar su disponibilidad.
• Gestión de incidencias bajo SLA, aportando soluciones efectivas en tiempo y forma.
• Participación en reuniones técnicas con Control-M y otros stakeholders del entorno tecnológico.
• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de integraciones entre Control-M y servicios en la nube (AWS, Azure, u otros).
• Ejecución de healthchecks diarios para verificar el estado de la plataforma.
• Aplicación de parches, upgrades y mejoras técnicas sobre Control-M.
• Soporte en actividades planificadas y validación de ejecuciones, estadísticas e históricos.
• Gestión de peticiones y cambios, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de infraestructura y desarrollo.

• Experiencia consolidada como técnico/a de sistemas trabajando con Control-M.
• Conocimiento en integración de Control-M con plataformas y otras herramientas y entornos tecnológicos.
• Habilidad para trabajar en entornos complejos, con múltiples sistemas interconectados.
• Enfoque analítico, autonomía y fuerte orientación al cliente.

• Valorable conocimiento en scripting (Shell, Python, etc.) y APIs.
