The role
Are you a curious, detail-oriented person with a passion for keeping critical platforms running like clockwork? If you have experience with Control-M and are interested in its integration with environments and/or tools such as AWS, Azure, or hybrid services, this could be your next opportunity.
What you'll do
You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and evolution of the Control-M platform, working cross-functionally with different technical and operational areas.
- Monitoring and daily supervision of the Control-M platform to ensure its availability.
- Managing incidents under SLA, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Participating in technical meetings involving Control-M and other stakeholders in the technology environment.
- Developing and maintaining integrations between Control-M and cloud services (AWS, Azure, among others).
- Performing daily health checks to verify the status of the platform.
- Applying patches, upgrades, and improvements to Control-M.
- Supporting scheduled activities and validating executions, statistics, and historical data.
- Managing requests and changes, collaborating closely with infrastructure and development teams.
