We are looking to bring on board a Legal Advisor Technician (M&A, VC and Contracting) to join the Legal Team for the Telecommunications Business and Corporate Services at Redeia Corporación.

What you'll do

  1. Providing specialized legal advice to the company's various organizational units and to the Group's companies, analyzing the legal implications of their activities to ensure compliance with current regulations and the Group's general policy.
  2. Providing comprehensive legal support in contractual matters, participating in the definition, drafting, negotiation, finalization, execution and monitoring of contracts entered into by the company or the Group, ensuring their proper compliance.
  3. Carrying out and coordinating the company's and the Group's legal defense actions before public authorities and courts, both in judicial and arbitration proceedings, safeguarding their interests.
  4. Managing, supervising and coordinating the work of external legal advisors and their hiring, ensuring the quality, consistency and efficiency of the services provided and their alignment with the Group's objectives.
  5. Analyzing and proposing legal mechanisms aimed at minimizing the Group's legal risks, contributing to proactive legal risk management.

Support in corporate transactions (M&A / VC):

  • Participation in investment and divestment processes.
  • Legal analysis and structuring of transactions.
  • Legal support in all phases of transactions (due diligence, agreement negotiation, interim period, closing).
  • Coordination of external advisors.

Within the contractual support function, the types of contracting will be:

  • Commercial and service provision contracts.
  • Technology contracts (IT, software, cloud, development, licenses, telecom).
  • Collaboration agreements and joint ventures (Term-sheets, MoUs, etc.).
  • Contracts related to innovation and business development projects (Investment Contracts, SPAs, SHAs).

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Law, with a background in Finance, a Master's in Business Law, a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law, M&A or similar being valued.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in M&A/Venture Capital transactions and in drafting and negotiating contracts of various kinds.
  • Experience in negotiation and in coordinating external advisors will be valued.
  • Ability to work with "non-standard" contracts, beyond the purely corporate or M&A environment.
  • Cross-functional profile capable of advising and supporting different business areas (Telecommunications, Innovation, IT, AI, Finance, Business Development, etc.) and participating in strategic projects.
  • C1/C2 level of English is essential.
  • Strong business orientation, negotiation skills, decision-making ability and legal versatility.
  • Autonomy, prioritization skills, a solution-oriented approach and strong communication and interaction skills with different areas.
