The role

Main duties

Management and processing of customs documentation (customs declarations, certificates, licenses, etc.)
Coordination with customs agents, freight forwarders, and port authorities
Monitoring of import and export files
Control of deadlines, incidents, and regulatory compliance
Use of office software for document management and internal communication
Support to the logistics and transportation department in related tasks

Requirements

Training in International Trade, Transportation, or related fields
English proficiency (minimum B1 level)
Strong knowledge of office software (Excel, Word, email)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customs procedures
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer orientation

Will be valued

Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding companies
Knowledge of European customs regulations
Proactive attitude and communication skills
