The role

What you'll do

You will join the Contract To Cash team performing the following tasks:

Management of customer administrative requests.
Management of credit notes and manual invoicing, complying with the authorization policy defined in the OpCo (company).
Modification of contracts (corrections, change of conditions...).
Interaction with other departments to resolve incidents and modify contract conditions, customer data, etc.
