What you'll do
We are looking for a Corporate Audiovisual Technician with experience in Videoconferencing Systems and Unified Communications (Cisco Webex) to join the team responsible for the operation, support, and maintenance of the corporate collaboration and videoconferencing services for a major Ricoh client. The selected candidate will administer and support the Cisco Webex platform and the associated videoconferencing and unified communications ecosystem, within a high-criticality managed service, focusing on availability, quality of experience, and compliance with established service levels. The position requires experience in enterprise videoconferencing environments, unified communications, IP networks, and collaboration solutions, as well as the ability to work in an international context, service-oriented, and with technical and functional interaction.
In your day-to-day, you will manage tasks such as:
• Providing support to key users, executive meetings, and international services, ensuring a consistent experience on a global level.
• Administration and support of the Cisco Webex platform and the corporate videoconferencing and unified communications ecosystem.
• Management, maintenance, and updating of videoconferencing devices, meeting rooms, and collaboration tools.
• Proactive monitoring of services, ensuring compliance with established service levels.
• Diagnosis and resolution of incidents related to videoconferencing, unified communications, network connectivity, and user experience.
• Coordinating technical escalations with Cisco, technology providers, manufacturers, and international teams.

How you'll work
