Assistant Manager ECI - ECI Sanchinarro

Your goal, in collaboration with the Counter Manager, will be to guide the team to jointly achieve the store's objectives in terms of customer satisfaction and sales.

To do this, you will need:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, in an ECI corner.
• Leadership and people management skills (communication, coaching, connection, inspiration).
• Experience in motivating and developing teams.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

• Be ready to cover your Counter Manager's needs and take the reins when necessary.
