The role
We are looking for a Corporate Quality Business Process Owner with a global vision to lead, standardize, and evolve Quality processes within a corporate SAP environment. This position is key to ensuring operational excellence, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and connecting business, IT, and operations across all geographies.
What you'll do
🧭 Define and lead Quality Management processes at the corporate level, ensuring their proper implementation across all entities
🌐 Act as the global reference for SAP QM processes, driving harmonization and best practices
🤝 Coordinate Quality Key Users globally, ensuring alignment and ongoing support
📊 Define and deploy quality KPIs, supporting local teams in their monitoring and improvement
🚀 Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying gaps and opportunities in processes and systems
🛠️ Manage and prioritize Change Requests, ensuring testing, deployments, and effective adoption
📈 Support strategic projects and SAP rollouts, coordinating the Quality functional area
🎓 Design and deliver training on processes and tools, facilitating change adoption
💬 Act as the point of contact for key stakeholders on process, performance, and improvement matters
