Requirements
What we're looking for
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
At least 2/3 years of experience in process analysis, continuous improvement, operational and/or digital transformation, or consulting.

The role
We are looking for someone like you, who joins our #SacyrCourse and helps us continue improving people's lives.
At Sacyr, we continue to drive the transformation of our businesses through innovation and artificial intelligence. We are looking to hire a Process Transformation and AI Analyst to participate in initiatives for the improvement and redesign of the company's corporate and operational processes. The position aligns with the AI-driven process transformation approach defined by the Innovation team.
What you'll do
Analyze end-to-end processes together with the business areas.
Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and AI application.
Model current processes and design improvement proposals.
Participate in transformation projects alongside business, innovation, and technology teams.
Define metrics and indicators to measure the impact of the implemented improvements.
