• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. Training in information systems and the water sector is highly valued.

• 3-5 years of experience in functional analysis or information systems consulting.

• Advanced Office level. Databases, relational models, .Net core, and Angular are highly valued.

We are currently looking to hire a Systems and Applications Functional Analyst in Madrid, who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

• Collect, analyze, and document business needs, transforming them into functional requirements and specifications.

• Provide functional support to Nubia users , attending to and resolving incidents and inquiries.

• Coordinate with the technical team the analysis, prioritization, monitoring, and validation of evolutionary and corrective updates.

• Prepare and execute test cases, supporting the validation of new functionalities before their deployment.

• Draft functional documentation, user manuals, and training material.

• Collaborate in the continuous improvement of support processes and in the training of key users.

• Support the team leader in the planning and monitoring of support and evolution tasks.

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies:

We are looking for a professional with a solid foundation in functional analysis of information systems, capable of acting as a bridge between the business areas of the integral water cycle (billing, reading, subscriber management, remittances, customer service) and the technical team responsible for maintenance and evolution.

• Key competencies are valued. High capacity for learning and working, with an orientation toward results and autonomy. Functional analysis and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (user stories, use cases, testing). Critical thinking and logical reasoning to diagnose incidents and propose solutions. Communication skills and empathy for interacting with users, the business, and the technical team. Resilience and pressure management in a continuous support and evolution environment. Teamwork, organization, and attention to detail in documentation.
