Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational training (CFGM or CFGS) in Administration, Management, or similar.
Experience in administrative tasks, preferably in operational environments or the transport sector.
Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.

We are expanding our team at Sagalés!

At Empresa Sagalés we continue to grow and we want to incorporate into our Lloret del Mar team a person oriented towards road passenger transport operations, to help us manage key administrative tasks for the correct functioning of the base.

What you'll do

What will your functions be?

Administrative and documentary management of the base's daily operations.
Control and monitoring of driver documentation (CAP, license, tachograph card, among others).
Management of staff vacations, medical check-ups, uniforms, and PPE.
Control and validation of income, advances, exchanges, and other operational records.
Supervision and management of supplies, fuel, delivery notes, and vehicle authorizations.
Coordination with Central Services and other departments to guarantee the correct functioning of operations.
Monitoring of operational data (mileage, tachograph, validators, and exploitation systems).
Management of claims and lost property, in coordination with Customer Service.
