Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training or Vocational Training Cycle in a technical field: Mechanics, Electromechanics, Maintenance, Technical Drawing, or similar.
Ability to interpret drawings and manage technical documentation (knowing how to identify valves, compressors, flanges, flow rate, pressure, volume, and fluids).
Previous experience in industrial or technical environments (spare parts specialist, industrial hardware, technical customer service, drafting, or technical administration).
Fluent use of Office suite, email, and ERP at a user level (valuable).
Intermediate English level for communication with customers and suppliers.
Autonomous, resourceful person with initiative for incident resolution.
Organized, responsible profile with good communication skills, oriented towards teamwork and customer service.

The role

Would you like to be part of an industrial machinery manufacturing company and grow professionally in the technical-sales area?

We are looking for a person with a technical background, attention to detail, and a desire to learn, to join the sales department providing support in spare parts management, technical documentation, and quotes.

You will be the point of reference for customers needing assistance in the identification and management of industrial machinery spare parts, working in a coordinated manner with the technical, engineering, and sales management areas.

What you'll do

Customer service (telephone and email) to manage spare parts requests.
Identification of parts from technical drawings and documentation of installed equipment.
Preparation of quotes for spare parts and standardized equipment according to customer conditions.
Price searching and contact with suppliers.
Entry of orders into the ERP and issuance of delivery notes.
Administrative support to the sales representatives and the engineering department.
Opening and management of digital folders for new equipment
