You will identify and attract niche talent in complex architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Oracle, SQL...).
You will write reports, analyze, and create content (job offers, posts, employer branding) that truly adds value to the technical community.
You will conduct follow-up sessions and 1:1 meetings with employees. You will be their point of reference to ensure their well-being, growth, and alignment with their projects.

We are looking for a person with experience in recruitment and talent for professional profiles linked to the IT world, especially in the areas of systems (Linux, Windows), Cloud (AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure), Observability (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana), and Databases (SQL, Oracle).
Passion for the technology sector and curiosity to understand the stacks we work with.
Exceptional communication skills: capable of empathizing with people in a 1:1 and presenting a value proposition to a client.
An organized profile with an orientation toward quality: writing a good report is as important to us as interviewing.
A "Human Resources" focus: people who understand that success is retaining talent as much as capturing it.

You will become an expert in the technology market. You will learn about Cloud, Observability, Databases, Systems, Security, and DevOps.
You will see the entire lifecycle of recruitment processes. We don't just hunt talent; we accompany employees throughout their career path, which will give you a unique business perspective.
