📞💬What will your day-to-day consist of?
Customer service, advice, and sales via telephone, email, chat, and social media
Information regarding rates, availability, promotions, and special packages.
Management and registration of reservations in our systems (PMS, CRM, GDS)
Applying consultative selling techniques, with up-selling and cross-selling actions.
Resolution of incidents and management of special requests.
Processing of payments, modifications, and cancellations according to our policies.
Full-time employment and permanent seasonal contract.
