At Sener, we wish to incorporate an Bid Director for Space and Defense Projects into our team at our Zamudio workplace.

We are an engineering company pioneering the design of satellite technology and equipment for space exploration. In Defense, we tackle the design and production of equipment and systems, including unmanned ones. Our passion for precision has led us to become trusted partners of the main space agencies, government bodies, and companies.

The selected candidate will join to lead the preparation and coordination of technical-economic bids for Defense and Space projects, ensuring competitive, technically sound proposals aligned with client requirements and company strategy.

· Leadership and coordination of proposals for Defense and Space programs from the opportunity phase through to client negotiation.

· Client liaison during the bid phase, ensuring proper understanding and alignment of technical, programmatic, and contractual requirements.

· Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (mechanics, electronics, software, production, procurement, quality, etc.) for proposal development.

· Definition of the high-level technical solution in collaboration with the heads of the different product lines.

· Preparation and consolidation of technical and commercial documentation associated with the bid.

· Coordination of cost estimates, scheduling, risks, and industrial strategy for the proposal.

· Preparation and leadership of internal bid reviews and support for approval processes.

· Analysis of tender documents, specifications, and client requirements.

· Management of risks and opportunities associated with proposals.

· Participation in business development activities and capture strategy.

· Support for technical and contractual negotiation with clients and industrial partners.

· Coordination of bids with national and international partners in collaborative programs.
