Requirements
What we're looking for
- At least 10 years of experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud, or Artificial Intelligence projects.
- Proven experience in service management and delivery in complex environments.
- Solid technical background in Data & AI architectures (cloud, data platforms, analytics, ML), even if the role is not 100% hands-on.
- Experience leading senior technical teams and architecture profiles.
- Direct experience in client management and consulting contexts.
- Demonstrable participation in pre-sales: estimations, proposals, solution definition.
- Advanced Spanish and English.
- University degree (Bachelor's/Master's) or equivalent experience.
Nice to have

The role
We are looking for a Senior Manager Data & AI with a solid combination of leadership, technical vision, and client focus, capable of taking full responsibility for data and artificial intelligence services and projects.
This role is designed for professionals with mature experience who have grown from a technical background and are now able to lead teams, manage clients, ensure delivery excellence, and provide architectural insight when the project requires it. We are not looking for a purely administrative manager: we are looking for someone who understands technology, makes informed decisions, and serves as a reference for both the client and the team.
You will work very closely with the management of the Data & AI division, with real autonomy, visibility, and direct responsibility for quality, client relationships, and the sustainable growth of services.
What you'll do
- You will lead the management of Data & AI services and projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives, quality of deliverables, and client satisfaction.
- You will be the main point of contact for clients in the Data & AI field: you will manage expectations, prioritize needs, and build long-term trust-based relationships.
- You will lead and develop teams of architects, data engineers, and senior profiles, fostering technical leadership, autonomy, and professional growth.
- You will ensure delivery excellence, working alongside project managers on planning, monitoring, risk management, and issue resolution.
- You will provide technical and architectural insight on complex projects: you will validate key decisions, unblock critical situations, and ensure technical coherence.
- You will actively participate in pre-sales, leading or supporting estimations, solution definition, RFP/RFI responses, and client sessions.
- You will drive continuous improvement in the division, defining standards, best practices, service models, and scalable ways of working.
- You will coordinate the management of multiple initiatives and clients, balancing priorities, team capacity, and commercial commitments.
