Education & certifications
VALUABLE EDUCATION • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or similar degrees. • Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or similar. • Intermediate Vocational Training related to Administration and Finance. Education will be valued, but practical experience and knowledge of the banking environment will be of special importance.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
• Full-time, 8 hours per day.
• Schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 09:00 to 18:00.

We are looking to hire a Banking Operations Technician to join a team specialized in the management and customer service of financial operations, working with clients, banking products, and investment services.
What you'll do
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS? CLIENT ONBOARDING AND MANAGEMENT
• Onboarding of new clients.
• Banking integration of existing clients.
• Current accounts
. • Deposits.
• Cards.
• Processing of investment services: advisory, management, and intermediation.
• Novation of existing services.
• Onboarding of orders for securities products and investment services.
• Issuance of certificates, statements, and receipts.
• Modification of client data and conditions.
• Management of authorized signatories and proxies.
• Reversal of commissions and interest.
• Regularization of overdrafts.
• Transfers between accounts and wire transfers.
• Renewal and cancellation of deposits.
• Inquiry of operations and positions.
• E-banking management: blocking and unblocking.
• Card management: activation, renewal, and limit modification.
• Issuance of bank checks.
• Client re-documentation.
• Updating expired IDs.
• Updating Suitability Tests.
• KYC updates.
• Requesting documentation.
• Follow-up and rectification of pending documentation.
• Management of order signatures.
