What we're looking for

At a technical level 💻 it is indispensable that you have:

  • Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, inbound or content marketing, ideally in SaaS environments.

  • A generalist marketing profile with depth in content and the ability to work in all phases of the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU), with mastery of buyer personas and the buyer journey.

  • Experience creating business-oriented content and assets: blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, success stories, newsletters, webinars, landings, emails, video scripts, or sales support materials.

  • Knowledge of on-page SEO (search intent, keywords, meta descriptions, interlinking) and the ability to collaborate with SEO teams on organic opportunities.

  • Experience with CMS such as WordPress or similar, and with HubSpot, CRM, workflows, and marketing automation.

  • Management of analytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush or similar, and the ability to optimize based on metrics (qualified traffic, conversions, leads, MQLs, engagement, funnel contribution).

  • Advanced and practical use of AI applied to marketing: Claude, Claude Code, Cowork, ChatGPT, or other generative AI solutions for research, ideation, production, testing, and optimization.

  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone according to channel, market, buyer persona, and funnel stage.

  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams: SEO, Paid Media, Design, Video, Web, Translation, Product, Sales, or Customer Success.

  • Native or bilingual Spanish and fluent English for professional environments, and a degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Business, or similar.

Nice to have

  • You have experience in B2B SaaS or in scale-ups and fast-growing companies.

  • You master marketing automation and advanced segmentation, especially with HubSpot integrated into inbound strategies.

  • You have created and adapted content for multiple markets, languages, sectors, or buyer personas.

  • You know CRO applied to landings, CTAs, forms, and conversion pages.

  • You have collaborated with Paid Media teams adapting messages for acquisition campaigns.

  • You use AI to accelerate content processes, research, analysis, reporting, and optimization, and you know how to document learnings and scale best practices.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for identifying, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to generate qualified demand, improve conversion, and accelerate growth in the Spanish market, reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Manager.

  • Identify growth opportunities based on data, trends, buyer personas, customer pain points, and commercial priorities.

  • Design and execute initiatives to capture, educate, activate, and convert leads in all funnel stages: TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU.

  • Translate business objectives into concrete actions: campaigns, content, landings, workflows, emails, and sales materials, working with an experimentation mindset (hypothesis → execution → measurement → learning).

  • Develop and coordinate qualified demand generation campaigns for the Spanish market, with clear funnel logic: audience, message, offer, channel, conversion, and measurement.

  • Create and adapt campaign assets: landing pages, emails, newsletters, lead magnets, webinars, success stories, video scripts, and materials for paid media.

  • Collaborate with Paid Media on messages, copy, angles, and creatives for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels, and coordinate the distribution of assets across organic and paid channels.

  • Create, optimize, and reuse business-oriented B2B content for all funnel stages, from awareness to comparative and sales support content.

  • Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, SEO, and acquisition objectives, publishing and optimizing in WordPress, HubSpot, or other CMS.

  • Collaborate with SEO to convert organic opportunities into content and landings that generate qualified traffic, while taking care of on-page SEO.

  • Create and optimize landings, forms, CTAs, and key conversion flows for the Spanish market.

  • Implement and optimize content in CRM, workflows, lead nurturing, newsletters, and inbound campaigns alongside the Organic Growth team.

  • Detect friction points and coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to transform real insights and objections into content, campaigns, and conversion improvements.

  • Use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and other generative AI solutions in an advanced way for research, competitive analysis, ideation, briefs, production, A/B testing, and optimization.

  • Detect and document AI use cases that help the team work better, combining human judgment, market knowledge, and AI without losing brand quality.

  • Measure the performance of initiatives with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, or SEMrush: qualified traffic, leads, conversions, MQLs, ROI, and funnel contribution.

  • Identify content and campaigns with high potential and low conversion, propose concrete actions, and document learnings to scale what works.

Additionally, you will work transversally with Organic, SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Design, Video, Web, and Translation. At Sesame HR, roles evolve with the company: these functions are a guide, not a limit. 😉
