Commercial & Tourism Development Manager

• Degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, International Trade, Event Management, or related fields; additional training in residential tourism, customer experience, or business development will be valued.

• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, real estate, events, or business development.

• Business-oriented profile, with a focus on customer experience and the generation of commercial opportunities.

• Organizational capacity and project and event coordination skills.

• High level of English and/or French; other languages will be valued.

• Knowledge of the international tourism and residential holiday sectors.

• Communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leading company in residential tourism, we want to boost and energize our brand in one of our premier destinations, Mar de Pulpí.

We are looking for a Commercial & Tourism Development Manager to lead the commercial and tourism revitalization strategy for one of our residential destinations on the Mediterranean coast. The position will aim to drive commercial activity, demand generation, and the destination experience through promotional actions, tourism activation, events, and collaboration with strategic partners.

You will work cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, hospitality, and holiday rental teams, contributing to the positioning of the destination for both international residential clients and short-to-medium stay guests.

• Develop collaborations with tour operators, local businesses, brands, and strategic partners.

• Coordinate campaigns and actions alongside the international marketing and sales teams.

• Energize holiday rental activity through experiential proposals and loyalty actions.

• Analyze results, occupancy KPIs, participation, and the return on commercial actions.

• Identify new business opportunities linked to residential tourism and hospitality.

• Supervise the correct operational execution of events and activities at the destination.

• Contribute to the premium and differentiated positioning of the brand and the residential destination.

• Possibility of residing in Mar de Pulpí, Costa de Almería.
