At SGS, we are looking for a/an Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Assistant for our team in Asturias. For this vacancy, we are looking for people with industrial experience, as well as experience in warehouses and logistics.

What you'll do

Your functions in the team:

  • You will provide support in the preparation of non-destructive testing, taking charge of loading and unloading trucks, preparation of parts, and their logistics.
  • You will be in charge of the administrative side of the process: delivery notes, reports, data entry, labeling...
  • You will perform the maintenance of equipment and tools used for testing and trials.
  • You will record data, take photographs and document the test results.

Requirements

The type of person the team needs:

  • You have a minimum education of Intermediate Vocational Training (CFGM) or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) preferably related to metal construction.
  • You have previous experience in logistics and warehouses.

  • You provide medium-level knowledge of basic office automation: Word and Excel.
  • Forklift and overhead crane licenses will be positively valued.
