Requirements
What we're looking for
The selected person must possess more than five years of experience managing catering establishments; experience in the School catering sector is highly valued.
- More than 5 years of experience in the management of catering establishments, preferably in the institutional catering field.
- Experience in directing teams of more than 50 people.
- High level of responsibility and autonomy, customer and service orientation, decision-making ability, and a marked focus on excellence.
- Own vehicle required.
Nice to have
Preferable training in Hospitality or Dietetics.

The role
We are looking for a person for the position of Catering Services Supervisor in our business units in Girona.
We are looking for someone who shares our social and environmental values, and who shows environmental commitment and an ability to innovate, to continue strengthening our sustainable catering model.
What you'll do
- Management of the team of employees under their responsibility, ensuring a correct distribution of functions, as well as the well-being and motivation of each one of them.
- Management of the center's profit and loss account, ensuring the financial profitability of the contract at all times.
- Guarantee customer loyalty through the construction of close communication based on trust.
- Ensure the delivery of the services under their responsibility, always striving to guarantee the highest level of quality and excellence.
- Maintain correct planning of purchases, ensuring efficient management of consumption.
- Perform a continuous re-evaluation of our value proposition, in order to detect and implement innovative value-added actions.
- Guarantee that our management has a sustainable impact on the community and the environment, always ensuring compliance with our quality, prevention, and Health & Safety policies.
