Located in the Gothic Quarter, facing Port Vell, the House features a private Club for our Members. The Health Club offers innovative options to care for body and mind. We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema, and our signature restaurant, Cecconi's.

The Role...

We are looking for a chef de partie to enhance the culinary experience we offer our members through a menu of international dishes and Executive Chef specialties.

You will have a key role in customer satisfaction, and your objective will be to build customer loyalty and guarantee the gastronomic prestige of our establishment.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities...

Prepare menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef and the Sous-Chef
Ensure the supply and correct management of stocks
Prepare the daily mise en place of ingredients
Be proactive and participate in the creation of the menu together with the Executive Chef and the Sous-Chef
Master cooking times and recipes to work optimally
Know and comply with hygiene and food safety rules and regulations
Cooperate with the front-of-house teams
Supervise kitchen assistants and demonstrate team spirit
