The role
As a Demi Chef de Partie at Soho House, your role will be to ensure our members always enjoy an incredible dining experience. We will give you a platform to collaborate with simplicity, kindness, and passion.
You will collaborate with the Chef de Partie to ensure that the designated responsibilities are always completed correctly and on time according to our company's standards, policies and procedures.
Main responsibilities...
What you'll do
Prepare the kitchen and the section before service.
Prepare, marinate, cut, and pre-cook all foods ready to serve.
Follow recipes, control portions, plate, and presentation specifications to offer consistent, high-quality dishes.
Follow our full allergy procedure to guarantee the safety of our members, guests, and team.
Replenish all items as necessary during the shift.
Clean, disinfect, and maintain the section, ensuring compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations.
Maintain and use all equipment correctly.
Help to thoroughly clean, disinfect, and organize the kitchen, storage areas, and pantry for an impeccable working environment.
Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about any changes to the menu or service, as well as special offers, in addition to daily tastings.
Supervise, guide, and train others as necessary.
Attend Cookhouse events and position-specific learning and development opportunities to improve skills, knowledge, and passion.
Support the team as necessary.
Develop and maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with the team, treating everyone with kindness and respect.
