The role

What you'll do

  • You will support advisory in Labor Relations.
  • You will manage documentation regarding legal requirements in matters of Labor Law, Social Security, and union affairs.
  • You will prepare writings and documentation related to work-life and family balance.
  • You will participate in the preparation of disciplinary documentation.
  • You will collaborate with other Human Resources (People) areas to ensure efficient processes.
  • You will provide support to the Personnel Administration team in operational and management tasks.

You will have the opportunity to apply your legal knowledge in a real environment, contributing to the smooth running of our People team and developing key professional skills.

We are looking for a Law student or a Master's in Law student to join the Relations area within our People department. You will be part of a key team, providing support in the preparation and management of labor documentation and assisting with different legal requirements.

Who we are looking for

  • Law or Master's in Law students.
  • English level B2.
  • Interest in labor law
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
  • Masters, postgraduate degrees, or specialization courses in labor advisory are positively valued.
